Most of us hold our assets in one of two main ways: either sole, or in some form of co-ownership structure. In most co-ownership situations, the method of holding assets is joint ownership. This applies mostly to joint bank accounts and property.

The Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document that you can make to voluntarily appoint one or more persons to make decisions and act on your behalf if you should one day lose the capacity to make your own decisions in accordance to the Mental Capacity Act.

Based on client feedback and requests, we are organising our first series of public talks! We are starting off with a Will writing Talk. We usually organise Estate Planning talks for companies. This will be the first time we will be addressing the public.
